Just a dash of derp, two-parts sass, and an overall fuck-the-man mentality is all it took to bring this pin-deavor to life.

Who am I? Sara Jabbari is the name, and creative magic is my game. But you can call me Jabs. I’m a designer by day, DJ by night, and proud Persian American queer (she/they) all of the time. Some of my favorite things include ‘80s/’90s aesthetic, pop punk, Beyonće, and sushi -- just to name a few.

Growing up I always felt like the black sheep of the family, but I would come to find that I’m actually a glorious irregularity --  a glitch, if you will -- to a broken system that desperately needs to be short-circuited, especially when it comes to race and gender inequality.

Which leads me to the “bitch” in Glitch Bitch. I’m not the first, and I certainly won’t be the last to reclaim the word. Words hold power, and it is my hope that by incorporating it in this brand, it will serve as a rallying cry to all the badass bitches -- one that will help us all hold our heads a little higher as we two-step over societal norms.

I would never be able to be as loud, sassy and proud if it weren’t for those before, alongside, and ahead of me. So, whether you’re a glitch, a bitch or anything in between, this brand is my love letter to you. Thank you for being you.
